Custom shapes and sizes are not an issue, provided that the artwork submitted is a clean vector file. The most common file formats are EPS, DXF, AI, and FS (flexi 7.0).
Be sure not to include any unnecessary layers, these may be layers that you created to represent colors, we only need the vector outline. Make sure that all vector lines are closed. You can email your artwork to us at "[email protected]". Please include material & material thickness desired. If there are any questions concerning your file we will contact you to discuss.
Price schedule
To get total square inches, multiply the max. length by the max. width
example: a sign measuring 24" tall by 36" wide would have a square inch total of 864.
1/4"PVC $0.15c per square inch
1/2" PVC $0.18c per square inch
3/4" PVC $0.22c per square inch
3/16" Acrylic $0.27c per square inch

Shipping for stock & custom orders is not included.
Please note that depending on the thickness of the material that you choose, the inside radius of internal outlines will vary slightly. This is due to the diameter of the bit that is required to cut through the material.
