quality PVC manufactured in the United States.
PVC offers an excellent alternative to wood & mdo. PVC sign blanks make an exceptional substrate for applying paint, vinyl lettering, silk screening, & high resolution ink jet printing. Sign blanks made from PVC are more user friendly than HDU and MDO. Those products work fine for different applications. However, if you are looking to use a faster, less prep involved substrate for your sign, then PVC sign blanks are the way to go.
PVC sign blanks are extremely durable. Sign blanks made from PVC offer a sign that is made of a lightweight material that has excellent rigidity. Because PVC is a closed cellular product, the pvc sign blanks will not absorb moisture, therefore will not split or seperate as a wood sign blank product might.
Our PVC sign blanks come ready to use, with a minimal cleanup. Just clean the sign blank using isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) to remove any oils or dust that may be on the surface.
Stock sizes available are 12", 18", 24", & 36" measured on the long side. Opposing dimension depends on the shape of the sign.
